Linda Edna's parents are businessman Wayne David Cardellini and Lorraine (Hernan). Her parents were born in Redwood City in California. She has Italian descent (her paternal grandpa), Irish, German, English and Scottish (her mother). Linda grew in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest out of four siblings. When she was ten years old, Linda became fascinated by acting when she performed an instrumental role in the Christmas show at her school. Her school involvement continued with productions and community theater. Linda went to Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. Following her graduation Linda was forced to decide which one she would prefer to relocate to New York or Los Angeles and pursue a theater degree. She decided to go to LA. Linda was cast in her first part in the TV show Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks, 1999 was her breakout role. Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989) more popularly known as the stage name Lily James, is an English actress. Her career began in the year 2010 when she appeared in the British television show Just William, in which she studied at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her breakout moment came in the year 2015 when she was cast in the leading role in Cinderella, a fantasy film. The actress previously appeared as Lady Rose MacClare as part of the period drama Downton Abbey. James went on to portray the role of Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) and also appeared in a variety of movies, including the action film Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) as well as The Dig (2021), and musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her performance as Pamela Anderson in the biographical series Pam & Tommy (2022) received nominations for a Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy Award.
